Product  Description:

- Original Wild Luwak Coffee Aceh Gayo Arabica is arabica coffee that is harvested from the feces of mongoose (Luwak) animals that live in the wild.

- Luwak are known as animals that have a very sharp sense of smell so these animals only eat ripe coffee cherries.
- Coffee is fermented in the Luwak's stomach because the Luwak only takes in the sweet glucose and the beans are not broken down in their digestive system.
- The beans come out with Luwak droppings and it takes patience to collect them and this is one of the reasons why Luwak coffee is expensive.
- The coffee beans from the Luwak droppings are washed, dried in the sun to dry, hulled, and sorted manually to get perfect results.
- The Original Wild Luwak Coffee of Aceh Gayo Arabica has a different taste from other gayo coffees, making this coffee very popular.
- We provide Original Wild Luwak Coffee in the form of Powder which is packaged after the order is finished. Our product is 100 % Wild Luwak Coffee Bean, with no additive added.

Here's a simple technique for brewing Luwak coffee, which can help maintain the delicious taste and aroma of coffee:

1. The standard composition for brewing coffee is 10gr/160 ml of water

2. Pour the coffee into the cup first evenly (1½ tablespoon coffee). Try a ceramic or glass cup, avoid making coffee from a plastic cup. Because it can reduce the aroma of coffee.

3. It is better to boil the water yourself than to use a hot water dispenser. Because the most suitable water temperature for brewing coffee is 90-95 ° C (before the boiling water boils). If the water boils, then wait for about 30 seconds until the turbulent water bubbles gradually disappear)

4. Pour hot water into a cup that already contains coffee slowly while turning it slowly. After that, stir gently until the coffee grounds are evenly mixed and the coffee vapor drifts away.

5. For those who don't like bitter coffee, add sugar after the coffee mixes with the hot water. Add a few teaspoons of sugar and stir gently. Likewise, those who are happy with milk or creamer can mix it after the coffee and water are brewed first. Avoid mixing coffee and sugar first, because it can reduce the taste and aroma of coffee. It is better to use rock sugar or brown sugar.

6. For those who like spices, you can mix a little cinnamon or other spices into the brewing coffee.

Cinnamon powder can also be mixed with coffee grounds before brewing for a stronger aroma.

7. Drink coffee while it's hot, because therein lies the pleasure. When it's cold, the taste and aroma are not so delicious.
